By accessing, browsing, or utilizing MC-SMP.page (the "Service"), owned and operated under mc.aevoq.net ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. MOJANG & MICROSOFT DISCLAIMER
MC-SMP.page is an independent website builder and hosting infrastructure for Minecraft servers and communities. MC-SMP.page is not an official Minecraft product, and is neither approved by nor associated with Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their affiliates. All Minecraft assets, names, and brands remain the property of Mojang Synergies AB.
3. USER ACCOUNTS & SUBDOMAINS
When creating an SMP page, you are assigned a wildcard subdomain (e.g., yourname.mc-smp.page). We reserve the right to reclaim, suspend, or modify any subdomain that infringes upon registered trademarks, engages in malicious behavior, or violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. CONTENT GUIDELINES & WHITELIST FORMS
SMP owners are solely responsible for all texts, images, links, applications, and store links published through their pages. Hate speech, doxxing, malware distribution, phishing, or harassment will result in permanent server suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
5. PAYMENTS & AFFILIATE STORES
Any in-game webstores linked on SMP pages (such as Tebex or CraftingStore) are handled directly between the server owner and the player. MC-SMP.page does not process in-game item transactions and holds no liability for in-game purchases.
