1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect minimal information necessary to deliver high-performance SMP showcases:

• Account Information: Minecraft usernames, email addresses, and server configurations provided during setup.
• SMP Configuration Data: Server IP addresses, Motds, custom rules, rankings, and media assets.
• Applicant Submissions: Minecraft In-Game Names (IGNs), Discord handles, and questionnaire responses submitted to server whitelist forms.
• Telemetry & Usage: Server ping latency, anonymized page views, and error telemetry.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your data is utilized solely for rendering SMP pages, caching real-time Minecraft server statuses, delivering webhook alerts to server owners, and securing the platform against DDoS and malicious attacks. We never sell user information to third-party advertisers.

3. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY

All traffic is encrypted over TLS/HTTPS. Media assets uploaded by server owners are securely hosted via Cloudflare R2 and distributed through global CDN edges.

4. YOUR RIGHTS & DATA REMOVAL

You have the right to request deletion of your account, SMP page data, or whitelist submissions at any time by contacting admin@aevoq.net.
